BOUQUETS & BRICKBATS

What are Bouquets and Brickbats? We felt that a Testimonials page serves a one-sided purpose as it only talks about the 'good' without talking about the 'bad'. While we have some great feedback from our users, there is also some feedback which we need to take stock of and work upon.
Thus this page views our users' feedback in terms of Bouquets (the Good), which we are grateful for, and Brickbats (the Bad) which are here as a reminder for us to continually improve the user experience at itasveer and ask for your ideas. So here they come, Bouquets first.

I've already used your site quite a number of times and I think you are doing a splendid job. I was especially bowled over by the person(al) touch from you when in one of the orders for Mugs I goofed up on the image size. And one of you got back and told me so without processing the order where in the results would have not been good at all. I owe it to you guys and you have a customer for life.

Ananth Acharya
"I just received the mug that i ordered, that was some pretty quick service there. And i also have to add the printing on the mug was simply fabulous. So i just wanted to congratulate you on the wonderful job and low prices for these custom mugs."

"You have lot of stuff there. Print to mug, t-shirts, cropping and other effects on the pictures. - and then you have that cool thing about importing from picasa or flicker. Cool."

Brickbats

Chirag Gupta
"Just a feedback as a customer I would like to provide here, if you can send couple of cheap albums (you can include the cost of the same with shipping or somewhere) with photographs that would be a good idea."

| Done! Now you get a free album when you order 40 or more 4" x 6" Prints. Plus, we also have exquisite handmade photo albums to our product offering. Plus, everytime you buy these albums, you make a contribution to the NGO Parichay.

Sujoy Ghosh
"Please work to make the payment process smoother, especially for NRI accounts."

Akshay Jain
"When I use direct pay from the bank's website so debit/credit card verification, zip code, address etc. should not be necessary."

| We are exploring new and additional payment options. Hopefully this should address some of these issues.

Tushar Prasad
"How would one know what the final image looks like ? e.g. if the original image is 5 by 8 and one wants 4 by 6 size, how does one know how the image is clipped to the appropriate size ? Walmart provides a movable 4 by 6 rectangle that you can move on the original image to make sure how the final pic will look. And then you have so many varieties to chose from (for Walmart) : Black & White, Antique, different bordering, etc. etc., and preview of the final image for whatever you chose. I hope you guys incorporate these features sometime in the future."

| Cropping controls have been introduced so that you can specify exactly how your images should be printed. Learn more about them here.
About styles for prints - such as borders and finishes, we'd say that the Doodlepad is already here, the rest just wait and watch.

Amlan Debnath
"Provide with option wherein people can put comments on the back of the photos... I don't think anyone provides that for now, but is a very good thing to have ! Imagine pulling out an album after 10 years and reading those lines :-)"

| Hey Amlan, we have introduced Photo Captions. You can add a caption which will be printed on a small strip atop the photograph. Hope that addresses your request!
