We guys are fanatical about customer support. Which means that when you write to us, we respond as early as we can (usually within a couple of hours).

We respond to most e-mails within a couple of hours. But we do sleep, even if only occasionally :), and take Sundays off. So some emails may take slightly longer to respond to, but never more than a day.

We have already answered a lot of questions on our Frequently Asked Questions page. If you cannot find a resolution to your problem, feel free to submit a support request.
