What if I am dissatisfied with the quality of prints or photo products?

We are committed towards providing you the best quality products and service. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any of the products, please write to us within 15 days of the product receipt, clearly stating your concern. we will either refund your money or reship your order. Get in touch with us for all support queries.

How do I view my order status?

You can view your order status from the order history section.

I have placed my order but I want to make changes. What can I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to make any changes to your order. Any changes have to be done before your order goes out for processing.

Do I have to pay any taxes?

We levy Service Tax and VAT on Prints and Products, wherever applicable. These taxes shall be charged in accordance with the existing norms as established by the Indian Government.

Which all countries do you ship to?

itasveer currently ships to India, US, UK, Canada, Dubai, UAE, Singapore, France, Germany and Australia. You can place orders from across the world and ship to these countries.

Which postal service do you use?

We use DTDC and Aramex for shipments in India. For locations where DTDC or Aramex do not have a delivery network, we use Indian Speed Post/Registered Post. For shipments other than India we use DTDC Abroad.

For shipments to countries other than India, where are the products shipped from?

itasveer's manufacturing facilities are based in India and all orders are shipped from India. Thus, international orders might need upto a week or more of shipping time.

How long does it take for an order to be shipped and what if it is not delivered on time?

  1. When you place your order on itasveer, it is typically processed, (couriered to the specified address from our facilities) within 2-6 business days. This time is mentioned against each product.
  2. Additional time is taken by the courier/postage company. For locations in India it may vary from 1 day to a week. For locations outside India, it may be a week or more.
  3. When we ship your order, we will provide you with a Tracking ID, using which you can track the progress of your order shipment with our shipping partner.
  4. If you have placed an order for both prints and products, it is possible that they both may be shipped separately.
  5. itasveer is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, natural disaster, or causes beyond our shipping carriers control.

How do you package large size prints and collages (such as 12" x 18" and upwards)?

Large sized prints and collages (12"x18" and upwards) are rolled and packed in thick plastic pipes before shipping. Thus, there is no scope of them being damaged due to folding.
Prints of smaller sizes are packed in envelopes.

How safe is my credit card transaction on itasveer?

Providing you with a safe and secure shopping experience is important to us. The payment gateway is provided by www.ccavenue.com, which is a VeriSign™ secured site. You can read their Privacy Policy here. itasveer does not store any Credit Card information.

Hi, I reside in the US, while I need to send a photo book or some other product to my family in India.

We accept international credit cards, so you should have no problems creating and ordering any product and ship to India to any other countries we ship to.
