Photo Prints

How do I add photos to my Shopping Cart for ordering prints?

  1. Login to your itasveer account by using the E-mail address and Password specified during your registration.
  2. Select the albums or photos you want to order prints for by ticking the corresponding check boxes. To select or deselect all photos click on the check box next to 'Select All' in the action toolbar.
  3. Click on the button to add the selected photos to your Shopping Cart. A confirmation message will appear along with a link to your Shopping Cart. You can also specify the desired size by selecting it from the drop down menu adjacent to the order button . When none specified, single 4"x6" prints are ordered for each selected photo.
  4. Repeat the above two steps until all the photos you want to order prints for have been added to your cart.
  5. You can access your Shopping Cart by clicking on the Cart button in the navigation bar at the top right of your Photos page. You can also access your Shopping Cart clicking on 'Shopping Cart' link in the 'Go To' section in the right sidebar.

What are the various photo sizes I can order and how can I specify the quantity of each?

  1. You can currently order 10 print sizes at itasveer - the Regular print sizes - 3.5"x5" (Postcard), 4"x6", 5"x7", 6"x8", 8"x10" and 8"x12" and Poster print sizes - 12"x18", 16"x20", 20"x24" and 20"x30", When you add an image to the cart a single 4"x6" print is selected by default.
  2. You can make changes to quantities of an size by entering the quantity in the corresponding fields.
  3. To make changes to the quantities of all photos, enter the quantities in the fields under the heading 'Changes made here will affect all quantities'.
  4. After making the necessary changes you must click on 'Update' to save changes to your Shopping Cart and recalculate your order total.
  5. The total cost of your order along with the shipping charges is shown at the bottom of the cart.

What does the Suggested Sizes column indicate?

The Suggested Sizes column indicates whether or not it is recommended to print in a specified size. The two probable reasons for an non-recommended print are as follows.

  1. The image resolution is too low for a particular print size. Such prints will appear blurry/blocky irrespective of the print quality if printed onto higher sizes. For example, a 3 megapixel image is of a higher resolution than a 1 megapixel image.
  2. The aspect ratio of the image, that is, ratio of the image height to the image width is unsuitable for a particular size. For example, an image which is 1200x600 pixels, will undergo heavy cropping when printed on a 4x6 size. An image of nearer to 1200x800 is more appropriate in terms of the height to width ratio for a 4x6 print.

How do I remove individual photos from my cart or empty my cart?

  1. To remove a photo from the cart, click on the 'Remove Photo' under the thumbnail image of any photo.
  2. After making the necessary changes you must click on 'Update' to save changes to your Shopping Cart and recalculate your order total.
  3. To empty your cart click on the 'Update' button. Select OK from the 'Are you sure?' pop-up message. Your cart will be emptied.

My Shopping Cart is ready. How do I checkout and pay?

  1. Go to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the Cart button in the navigation bar at the top right of your Photos page.
  2. The Shopping Cart shows all the images you have ordered, and the quantities for each size. Single 4"x6" prints are selected by default. The item cost and shipping costs are shown at the bottom.
  3. Review and make changes, if any, to you Shopping Cart and click on the 'Checkout' button.
  4. If this is the first time you are ordering photos, you will reach the Addresses page.
    a) On the addresses page enter the desired Shipping Address and click on 'Save'.
    b) If you do not want to add any more addresses click on the 'Continue Checkout' button to reach the 'Order Summary' page.
    c) If there are multiple recipients, add all the addresses to your address book, select the recipients and click on 'Continue Checkout' button to reach the 'Order Summary' page.
  5. Review your Order Summary and click on 'Move to Payment'.
  6. You will be directed to the Payment Gateway where you need to enter the details needed for the transaction.
  7. After your transaction is complete, you will be directed back to itasveer with a message confirming whether or not your payment was successful.
  8. You can continue using itasveer or log out by clicking on the Log off button.
  9. You can review your order at any time by logging in and going to Account --> Order History.

How do I view my Order Status?

You can view your Order status by accessing Account --> Order History.

  1. Login to your itasveer account by using the E-mail address and Password specified during your registration.
  2. Click on the 'Account' link in the navigation bar at the top right corner.
  3. Click on 'Order History'. You can view various information from the following page. a) The Order History page lists all your orders till date and also specifies the status of your order (Being Processed/Shipped) b) By clicking on the 'View Details' button you can view the details of your order such as the Shipping addresses etc.

I have placed my order but I want to make changes. What can I do?

Please contact itasveer at support@itasveer.com if you want to make any changes to your order Your order can either be cancelled or you can change the Shipping Address. However, these have to be done before your order goes out for processing.

What is the quality of paper on which my photos are printed?

Your photos will be printed on high quality photographic paper from brands like KODAK. It is available in two finishes - Glossy and Matte. Matte finish typically takes one extra day to process.

What if I am not satisfied with the quality of my prints?

Please report any issues related to quality and damage at support@itasveer.com within one week of your order being received by you. We shall look into the matter at the earliest. The final decision rests with itasveer.
