How do I checkout and pay?
- From the Shopping Cart click on the 'Checkout' button.
- If this is the first time you are placing an order, you will reach the Addresses page.
a) On the addresses page enter the desired Shipping Address and click on 'Save'.
b) If you do not want to add any more addresses click on the 'Continue Checkout' button to reach the 'Order Summary' page.
c) If there are multiple recipients, add all the addresses to your address book, select the recipients and click on 'Continue Checkout' button to reach the 'Order Summary' page. - Review your Order Summary and click on 'Move to Payment'.
- You will be directed to the Payment Gateway where you need to enter the details needed for the transaction.
- After your transaction is complete, you will be directed back to itasveer with a message confirming whether or not your payment was successful.
- You can continue using itasveer or log out by clicking on the Log off button.
- You can review your order at any time by logging in and going to Account --> Order History.
Describe the payment related details - how to pay, when to pay and payment methods.
- Your Shopping Cart information is saved. Thus if you have added images or products to your Shopping Cart, but want to process your order at a later time, your Shopping Cart details will not be reset if you log off. Your Shopping Cart will be emptied only when you Checkout and Pay for your order or if you empty it yourself.
- When you click on the 'Move to Payment' button from your 'Order Summary' page you will be directed to the Payment Gateway. The gateway is provided by www.ccavenue.com. You can either pay by an internet-enabled bank account or by Credit Card.
- The credit cards accepted are American Express / Diners Club Card / Citibank E-card / Mastercard / Visa. The prices are in INR (Indian National Rupee), and if you are using a non-Indian credit card, the day's exchange rate would be used to convert it to your home currency. For further details visit the Prices page. The accepted payment methods are listed at the bottom of the page.
Do I have to pay any taxes?
We levy 12.36% Service Tax as stipulated by Indian law on Prints. This is calculated over your total order, that is, Print costs and Shipping. For products, VAT will be charged as appropriate, for example, 4.0% on T-Shirts. These taxes shall be charged in accordance with the existing norms as established by the Indian Government.
How do I view my Order Status?
You can view your Order status by accessing Account --> Order History.
- Login to your itasveer account by using the E-mail address and Password specified during your registration.
- Click on the 'Account' link in the navigation bar at the top right corner.
- Click on 'Order History'. You can view various information from the following page. a) The Order History page lists all your orders till date and also specifies the status of your order (Being Processed/Shipped) b) By clicking on the 'View Details' button you can view the details of your order such as the Shipping addresses etc.
I have placed my order but I want to make changes. What can I do?
Please contact itasveer at support@itasveer.com if you want to make any changes to your order Your order can either be cancelled or you can change the Shipping Address. However, these have to be done before your order goes out for processing.
Where all do you deliver?
itasveer currently ships only within India. However, we accept orders from across the world. Our shipping partner is DTDC which is one of the best courier services in the country. If the address you ship is out of their network we use Indian Speed Post to ship your order.
How long does it take for an order to be shipped and what if it is not delivered on time?
- When you place your order on itasveer, it is typically processed within 2-3 business days. Some products take longer to process and is mentioned on the respective product pages. Additional 2-3 days may be taken by the courier company to deliver the package.
- When we ship your order, we will provide you with a Tracking ID, using which you can track the progress of your order shipment with our shipping partner.
- If you have placed an order for both prints and Products, it is possible that they both may be shipped separately.
- itasveer is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, natural disaster, or causes beyond our shipping carriers control.

How do you package large size prints and collages (such as 12" x 18" and upwards)?
Large sized prints and collages (12"x18" and upwards) are rolled and packed in thick plastic pipes before shipping. Thus, there is no scope of them being damaged due to folding.
Prints of smaller sizes are packed in envelopes.
How safe is my credit card transaction on itasveer?
Providing you with a safe and secure shopping experience is important to us. The payment gateway is provided by www.ccavenue.com, which is a VeriSign™ secured site. You can read their Privacy Policy here. itasveer does not store any Credit Card information.
