How are my photos organised on itasveer?

Your photos are organised in the following manner.

1. Your 'Photos' page shows all the albums you have created .
2. Clicking on any one album will show all the images contained in the album as thumbnails.
3. By clicking on any image you can see a medium sized view of the image and can cycle through the other images in that album by clicking on the and icons. These are the Previous and Next icons.
   
4. Links under the 'Browse' section in the sidebar at the right of the page provide quick access to your albums.

How can I view a slideshow of any album or selected photos in an album?

Follow these steps to view the slideshow of your photos.

1. In the album view or the thumbnail view select the albums/photos you want to view a slideshow of and click on the button. The slideshow will start.
2. While being in the slideshow view - you can exercise the following controls:
   a) You can cycle back and forth by clicking on the and icons.
   b) By clicking on the icon you can pause the slideshow. This is the Pause icon. By clicking on the Pause icon again the slideshow will resume.

How can I add or edit the description of a photo?

1. Click on the Album which contains the photo and then on the thumbnail image of the photo on the succeeding page. You will see a medium sized view of the image.
2. When you are viewing the medium sized view of any image, click on 'Click to add description' at the bottom of the image.
3. Enter the description in the field which appears and click on 'Save'. Your description will be saved and displayed under the image.

Can I add a description to an album?

1. Yes, you can add a description to an album. Click on the 'List View' to see a detailed list of your albums. Click inside the description area where it says 'Click to add description', enter something and click Save.
2. Alternatively you can add a descrition to an album when viewing the photos in that album.

How can I delete photos or albums?

1. Select the albums or photos you wish to delete.
2. Click on the icon in the Action Toolbar above the albums or photos. This is the Delete icon. The selected photos will be deleted.
3. When you are viewing a medium-sized view of your photo, clicking on the Delete icon would delete the photo being viewed.

How can I move photos from one album to another album?

1. Select the albums or photos you wish to move and click on the icon in the Action Toolbar above the albums or photos. This is the Move icon.
2. On the following screen enter a new album where the photos will be moved or select an existing album.
3. Click on the 'Submit' button.
4. The selected photos will be moved to the specified location.
5. When you are viewing a medium-sized view of your photo, by clicking on the move icon you can move the photo being viewed.
6. If you move albums to a new or existing album, the album being moved will be merged into an existing album/renamed to a new album.

How can I rename an album or design?

1. To rename an album or design just click on the name of the item.
2. A name field appears in place of the name. Enter the new name and click anywhere outside the field. The new name will be saved.
3. You can change the names from the welcome page where your recent albums and designs are shown, as well as the Photos and Designs page.
4. Album names cannot be changed from your shared pages.
