TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE TROPICANA TWISTER REFRESH-N-CLICK ACTIVITY:

  1. Offer valid from October 29, 2007 till January 15, 2008 in Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai only.
  2. Offer open for all Indian residents except employees and family members of organizers, its advertising and promotional agencies and their associate companies.
  3. The Refresh-n-click activity (‘Activity’) is brought to you by PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with iTasveer.com (‘Organizers’).
  4. As a part of the Activity, the participant has to give his/her most “Refreshed look” for a picture capture at the location of the Tropicana Twister Refresh-n-click Activity.
  5. The participant is required to submit the necessary details (name, email & phone no.) as required in the Form to the Organizers at the location of the Activity.
  6. The participant will be sent an email within ten days from the time of the picture capture by iTasveer. The email will have a link to the website where the participant can view his/her picture.
  7. Once on the website link, the participant will be able to download the picture, print it or share it with his/her friends.
  8. 3000 early visitors to the website link will be given a free print of their picture in 6”x4” size. The participant will have to fill in a request form as available on the website link and submit the same. The picture will be delivered free of cost to the participant within ten days from the date of request.
  9. The participant can avail a print of the picture even if he/she is not among the first 3000 to submit his/her request by paying the charges as mentioned on the link.
  10. PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable in any manner for any claims with regard to the delivery of the pictures.
  11. Organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw this Activity any time at its sole and absolute discretion.
  12. Organizers shall be at liberty to use the photographs, voice, motion pictures of the participants for media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which is existing today or will be known anytime in the future without any consideration to the participants.
  13. In case of the winner being a minor, consent of the guardian of the minor will be required.
  14. Organizers shall not be liable for any loss due to incorrect address or any other information provided by the participant.
  15. All dispute related to this offer shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi only.
  16. The Promotion is subject to force majeure conditions.
